		<description><![CDATA[I think that it is great when organizations have unique and powerful pledges.  From my experience with Geek Squad, customer service is NOT a priority and I would not recommend them to anyone.  It is so sad to see that they started from such hopeful beginning but somewhere along the way, the mission seems to have become lost (at least among the 5-10 employees I had exposure to).]]></description>
