I had a boss who was great at asking questions. I improved in my own communication skills just by watching him. See if there is someone in your office whom you could use as a model. 

Role play with someone else.

Pay attention to everyone else in meetings and how they communicate. Learn from what works.

Ask great communicators who are frequently in meetings with you to give you feedback on how you can improve.
